For 2010, the Infiniti G37 gets a mild freshening. Don't expect anything too drastic considering this is a mid-cycle refresh but at least it's better than nothing. 2010 Infiniti G37 vs 2009 Infiniti G37 The most significant change is to the front fascia. The tail lights are revised with a narrower look matched with a new grille and bumper. The small revisions actually go a long way and looks better than the 2009 design. The headlights help the most in giving the G37 a fresh look. It looks sleeker, a little sexier, and cleaner than before. The rear and sides were left virtually untouched. There's new wheels and a (very) slightly revised rear bumper. The interior hasn't changed much at all. Small revisions include a slightly revised center stack, newly available wood trim, aluminum trim, and white gauges. The rest stays the same.
